CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga – A locator here and a health services firm have signed an agreement for the establishment of a $ 1-million, hi-tech medical facility in this Freeport.
Clark Development Corp. (CDC) executives announced yesterday that Berthaphil and Ardi Health Services Inc. signed a sublease agreement for the establishment of a medical park where high-tech facilities will be located.
CDC president Benny Ricafort said Ardi Health Services will focus on ambulatory care services and will have four centers – Dialysis, General Services, Dental, and Eye Centers.
"The centers boast of 10 dialysis machines, and the entire facility will be manned by at least 20 specialists," said Dr. Cenon Alfonso, president and chief executive officer of Ardi Health Services.
Alfonso also said that Ardi Health Services will build the centers in a 2,000-square-meter area in the Berthaphil III business park.
