ROBINSONS Land Corporation (RLC), one of the Philippines' leading property developers, will open Friday Robinson's Cybergate Davao, the newest breakthrough project in Davao City.
Within a land area of more than a hectare, the development will make Dabawenyos breathe and enjoy precious neighborhood atmosphere.

According to Danilo F. Camat, Robinsons Land ground property manager for Mindanao, Robinsons Cybergate is the company's first city-trip center concept on a mixed-use property in Mindanao.
"It is a unique neighborhood center in terms of its format and design. Robinsons Cybergate is a work and leisure concept where you can converse at the alfresco restaurants after shopping and doing business," Camat said.
Located in the bustling district of J.P. Laurel Avenue, Camat said Cybergate targets Dabawenyos in the northern part of the city. The site is a two two-level multifunction building composed of essential retail elements to serve the community as well as modern spaces for business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, medical clinics, and other offices.
"Robinsons Cybergate Davao's unique format breathes new vibe and vitality to Davao City by introducing an exciting work-play environment where people can conveniently shop for essentials as well as converge for business and leisure," said Nilo Mapa, Robinsons Malls general manager.
With a gross floor area of 13,700 square meters and gross leasable area of 11,200 square meters, Cybergate hosts Robinsons' retail giants, Robinsons Supermarket and Handyman Do It Best, that are the main features of the center.
They are joined by Robinsons Savings Bank, Rai Rai Ken, Dunkin Donuts, Sun Cellular, and Mercury Drug on the ground floor of the main building while its second level is earmarked for BPO/call centers spaces, standard offices, and/or medical clinics.
Camat said BPO office spaces are accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (Peza) and have 24/7 utility provisions.
An annex building on the right wing features an alfresco strip on its first level, where customers can dine and unwind at the popular casual dining restaurant Mang Inasal and two homegrown restaurants named Tata Benitos and Bangkok Wok.
The second level, on the other hand, is occupied by specialty shops and services such as Perfect Image, CDR King, H20 Hair Salon and Spa, and Skin Doctors.
Camat said Cybergate not only features national retailers but homegrown tenants as well.
He is confident that Cybergate is only one of the many ways by which RLC helps Filipino families attain truly satisfying modes of living.
Operating hours, he said, is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Its parking lot can accommodate 100 cars at one time.
RLC remains aggressive as it plans to put up a full-service mall in Davao and General Santos City. The General Santos mall is Robinsons Mindanao flagship mall that is set to open within the year.
RLC is involved in the development and operation of shopping malls and hotels and is also one of the country's most reputable developers of mixed-use properties, office buildings, residential condominiums, as well as land and residential housing developments, including socialized housing projects located in key cities and other urban areas nationwide.
Its other existing portfolio in the region includes 10 residential communities. Camat said that of the 10, six are in Davao while the rest are in Cagayan de Oro.
Among them are Robinsons Highlands, Highlands Peak, and Blossomfields in Davao, and Hillsborough Pointe, Richmond Hilla, Monte del Sol, and Fresto Park View in Cagayan de Oro.
Robinsons Land is also operating a full-service mall in Cagayan de Oro City, and the company's active presence in the region is a strong testament that Robinsons Land's expansion remains steadfast.
