MANILA, Philippines - Two major companies have relocated their offices to more spacious and strategically located areas in the metropolis.

Canon Philippines Inc. and Fox Philippines, two fast growing local companies, have left their offices in the Makati central business district and moved to two prime locations that are now being hailed as the new emerging business districts in the land – Bonifacio Global City and Ortigas central business district.

The move was made possible with the engagement of the KMC MAG Group, an award winning real estate services firm. The firm provides location scouting to multinational locators using a process driven, team oriented approach.

“KMC MAG Group believes in the importance of having adequate and affordable office spaces that are conducive to productivity and work efficiency in order to support the advancement of these fast-growing companies,” said Gerold Fernando, the KMC MAG Group’s commercial leasing manager.

Greg Kittelson, managing director of the business consultancy firm Kittelson & Carpo, said: “The strategic location is a prime catalyst to the development of these companies. The efficient transport system as well as the proximity of essential establishments provides the employees with better conditions, too.”

Fox Philippines Inc. is now holding office at the newly constructed Active Fun Building, located just steps from High Street and right in the heart of Bonifacio Global City.

Canon Philippines opened recently a new customer care center at the ground floor of Eton Corinthian Cyberpod right in the heart of Ortigas Business District in Pasig City.
