DMCI Project Developers Inc. is investing P1.315 billion for a low-cost mass housing project in Las Pinas City.
The project called Ohana Residences, which was granted incentives by the Board of Investments (BOI), involves the development of 2.25 hectares of land for the construction of five medium-rise buildings (five floors each).
To be called Anahola, Lanikai, Kauai, Lanai and Hanalei, the buildings will have a total of 560 housing units with average package price ranging from P1.27 million to P2.92 million per unit.
Based on documents obtained from the BOI, this is DMCI Project’s 8th condominium project applied for registration.
It previous registered projects are in Taguig City, Parañaque City and Mandaluyong City.
Ohana Residences will be located at Brgy. Almanza Uno, Alabang-Zapote Road, Las Piñas City.
