The Armani Group has signed an
exclusive partnership with Century Properties to design a high-end resident
project in Makati City.
Century Properties said in a statement
Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio would design the luxurious residential
units, common areas and amenities of the 60-story Century Spire, while Studio
Daniel Libeskind would design the whole development.
“We wanted to work with a brand that
could bring an eminent degree of sophistication to this singular building.
Armani/Casa fits the bill perfectly. Their designs are sophisticated,
comfortable and functional. They not only fit the Studio Daniel Libeskind
aesthetic but bring an extraordinary level of quality to their interior design
work,” Century Properties chairman and chief executive Jose Antonio said.
Armani Group president and chief
executive Giorgio Armani said he was very pleased to be a partner of Century
Properties and believed “the combination of Daniel Libeskind’s vision and my
own will result in a truly remarkable place to live, full of elegance and
wonder.”
The project is scheduled for
completion by end of 2018.
Armani/Casa is a world leader in the
luxury furnishings sector. It has provided complete interior design services to
private individuals and property developers, from the conceptual phase through
to the management of construction since 2003.
