Real estate developer Century
Properties Group Inc. said Tuesday it will complete four real estate projects
this year, including two commercial developments, to boost the company’s
revenues.
Century Properties said in a
disclosure to the stock exchange it would turn over more than 500 clinic suites
at Centuria Medical Makati, a 28-story outpatient IT-medical arts building
within the Century City Makati complex.
The company’s first shopping mall
project called Century City Mall is also scheduled for soft opening this month.
The mall, which has 17,000 square
meters of leasable space, is over 90-percent leased out to more than 100
tenants, including a high-end supermarket, premium cinemas, a café,
restaurants, boutiques and specialty stores.
These two developments will complement
residential sales and provide the company with stable recurring income, Century
Properties said.
“Century Properties opened 2014 riding
high with a record pre-sales growth, and we intend to keep this momentum going
with the same aggressive and impassioned approach we took in the past year. The
results were tremendous so we expect to perform no less in 2014,” Century
Properties chairman and chief executive Jose Antonio said.
Meanwhile, Century Properties will
also turn over by the end of February close to 600 units at the newly-completed
St. Tropez building at the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City.
This is the third tower within the
nine-building residential resort development, which has already turned over two
towers totaling more than 1,300 units in 2013.
The property firm said it would
officially open the Azure’s Paris Beach Club, a multi-level amenity center
designed by celebrity Paris Hilton in March.
