Ayala Land Inc., the real estate arm
of the Ayala Group, was recently named builder of the year by Frost &
Sullivan during the annual Philippines Excellence Awards, which recognizes
companies demonstrating best practices across various industries.
ALI received the award for its highly
diversified portfolio, coupled with full vertical integration in the
development of projects. This allowed the group to greatly increase its
flexibility and to cater to a wider market, while reducing dependencies on
external sources.
The company, exhibiting a consistently
high growth rate and rapid expansion even overseas, was also cited for
strategic land acquisitions that ensured a steady pipeline for future projects.

recognition for our efforts in property development,” said ALI president and
chief executive Bobby Dy.

Frost & Sullivan commended ALI for
