ABOITIZLAND, Inc. is expanding its township in Lipa, Batangas with the launch of a residential community.

The Villages at Lipa is located within LIMA, AboitizLand’s integrated township which hosts an industrial park and an outlet mall.

“After more than 20 years of establishing a stronghold in Cebu’s real estate scene, we have been expanding in Luzon to provide more Filipinos an improved quality of living. Our recent launches including our new properties in Batangas, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija are a testament to our continued and robust growth as a company,” David Rafael, AboitizLand president and chief executive officer, was quoted as saying in a statement.

The Villages at Lipa is a 49-hectare residential cluster, which offers lot-only packages, townhouses, and homes.

For Sierra Village, it has lot-only packages, townhouses with a floor area of 93 square meters (sq.m.) and single attached and single detached homes with floor areas ranging from 103 sq.m. to 150 sq.m..
Aside from lots, Brook Village also offers townhouses with a floor area of 53 sq.m. and single attached homes with between 65 sq.m. to 80 sq.m. in floor area.

AboitizLand said it has seen “impressive” pre-launch sales for The Villages at Lipa.

“We take pride in these milestones and we plan to take it up a notch this year starting with the next big thing in the south. With CALABARZON’s sustaining its place as an economic center and hub for investors, we are set to further develop LIMA,” Rafael de Mesa, AboitizLand first vice-president for operations, said.

The Outlets at Lipa, a 9.3-hectare outlet mall, is also located within LIMA. Aside from retail and food outlets, it also has pocket parks and Olympic-sized multi-sport field.

AboitizLand is also developing LIMA Exchange, which will have a transport terminal, supermarket, gym and fast food restaurants. It is set to open in the first quarter of 2020.

AboitizLand is a subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures. The Cebu-based company has since expanded into Luzon with projects such as Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas, and Ajoya in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac.
