SM Land Inc., a subsidiary of the SM Investment Corp, will launch the first residential and country club in Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas called Pico de Loro by the end of the month.
SM Land project director Herbert Herrero said that Pico de Loro is the first community in Hamilo coast and has a total area of 37 hectares and has a beach and country club and a residential area with four clusters of condominiums, where the first building is to be turned over during the launch.
The buildings are named after birds species, Jacana, which was finished in the last quarter of 2009; Myna which will be finished this quarter; and Carolla which will be started next year.
The condo units, comprised of a total of 150 units with studio-type (covering 35 square meters), one-bedroom (42 sqm), two-bedroom (92 sqm) and three-bedroom (140 sqm) types, have prices ranging from P4.2 million to P7 million.
The Jacana tower has the studio-type and one-bedroom units, while the Myna, Carolla and Miranda will have the one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
