Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the real estate arm of the JG Summit Holdings, recently unveiled its latest townhouse project in Merville, Paranaque called Woodsville Residences.
Woodsville Residences is located within Woodsville City, a nine-hectare mixed use complex that also houses the mid-rise condominium Woodsville Viverde Mansions and Robinsons Woodsville Mall. It is the newest development under Robinsons Residences, the urban lifestyle brand of Robinsons Land.
The project is divided into two phases. The first phase will offer 116 two-storey, three-bedroom townhouses ranging between P5.2 million and P6.6 million. The second phase is reserved for future development and is expected to offer 110 units.
Woodsville Residences offers ample living space with an average lot area of 70 square meters per unit, and is designed for the young, second-generation families with a combined monthly income of at least P150,000.
"We considered the lifestyle of buyers and the proximity of the place to their work and different services. It is a very good alternative to condo living, and is for those who are used to living in a house," said Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, Robinsons Land’s Vice-President for Business Development.
1.5 hectares of the development area will be allocated to open spaces and amenities, such as a clubhouse, fitness center, pools, and lanscaped gardens.
Construction is expected to begin within the year, while project completion of the first phase is expected by September 2014. GoBio said that the expected revenues for the project is P1.2 billion.- Angela Celis
