Among the

land; Manila Bay Resorts, a $2 billion project on 45 hectares of land that will
have an impressive in-door man-made beach enclosed in a glass dome; and Belle
Grand Manila Bay, a $1 billion project on 6.2 hectares.
The Bay City
project is the grandest tourism development to date, covering a land area of
1,500 hectares stretching from the CCP Complex to Coastal Cavite. It will be
the country’s future mecca for entertainment, shopping and gaming.
