MANILA, Philippines – DMCI Homes, the
property unit of the Consunji family, will focus on further developing its
residential communities to better cater to customers’ needs.
“We want to improve customer services,”
DMCI Holdings chairman and president Isidro Consunji said.
The recent appointment of executive
Enrico Wong to head the company’s property management unit, DMCI Homes Property
Management Corp., is part of this vision, he said.
DPMC manages and provides professional
services to the completed projects of DMCI Homes. These services include
administrative, maintenance, engineering, security, housekeeping, landscaping,
among others.

because it is a Triple A builder with a strong commitment to quality. I share
their vision of providing middle-class Filipino families with residential
communities that create quality lifestyle,” Wong said.
One of his core strengths is quality
management because of his engineering training and operations management
experience.
Wong has over 30 years of executive
experience in the services and manufacturing industries, covering plant
operations and engineering, sales and account management, strategic planning
and budgeting, and others.
He is a graduate of BS Electrical
Engineering from the University of the Philippines and obtained his Master in
Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business where he
currently teaches operations management.
Prior to his appointment at DMCI Homes,
Wong was managing director of Nuvali Steel Processing Services Inc. and vice
president at San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corp.
During his 26-year stint at San Miguel,
Wong established and managed international plants in China and Indonesia. He
also pioneered plastic pallets manufacturing, distribution and leasing in the
Philippines.
