CAMELLA Communities proves itself to be one of the most trusted real estate developers with the brisk sales of its first venture into the fast growing condominium sector of Davao City.
In an interview with Sun.Star Davao, Marlon Escaliscas, general manager of Camella Communities in Southern Mindanao, said as of their latest count, the first building of Camella Northpoint is already 90 percent sold.
Camella Northpoint is the first condominium project of the country's largest homebuilder, Camella Communities in Mindanao , which is located on an elevated portion at the corner of JP Laurel Avenue and Buhangin Road , which was formerly owned by the Scottish family Ker.
"Expected date for the turnover of the 1st building will still be around November 2010, but as of the moment, its 90 percent sold out already," Escalicas said.
Last August, the ground breaking for the first building, dubbed as Manchester took place.
Although it is the first foray of Camella Communities in the condominium sector of Davao City, Camella Northpoint has already been dubbed as one of the good choices for convenient and stylish condo living with its location right in the heart of the emerging urban centre in the city's northern part, and yet maintains a serene and natural environment for its owners.
The condo's prime location is very convenient and accessible to all the major locators in the city, such as the international airport, seaport, IT parks and BPO centers, large manufacturing plants, business establishments, and soon-to-rise modern commercial areas and high-end retail and shopping centers.
