EVEN before construction of its second building could begin, at least 50 percent of the units in the second building of Camella Northpoint have already been sold out.
The first building, which is now under construction at the Bajada Buhangin junction, is nearly sold out although only 40 percent of the building is complete.
"We are going to do our capping off by April this year," Marlon Escalicas, general manager of Camella Communities Davao, told Sun.Star Davao. "The reception of the market has been very good."
Camella Communities, a subsidiary of the biggest homebuilder in the country, Vista Land and Lifescapes, will be investing more in the city's real estate sector this year, allotting almost P1 billion to finance massive developments and expansion programs in Davao Region.
"Camella will be stronger than ever this year, fast tracking and improving our existing developments, and pouring in more investments into Davao as we eye two new exciting horizontal projects here Escalicas said.
The Camella Northpoint is the one of the real estate developers’ biggest projects in Mindanao. It is also their first condominium project in the island.
Other projects of Camella Communities are prime subdivision properties complete with modern amenities and facilities, and secured 24/7 by security systems normally available only to upper-middle to high-end communities.
Camella Northpoint, already a much-anticipated condo community in the city, will further bolster its value and reputation with the planned development of commercial establishments within its vicinity, turning it into one of the most sought destinations in the city. (CPM)
