Camella, the subsidiary catering to the mid-market segment of Vista Land & Lifescapes, has embarked on another project in Cagayan aptly called Camella Cagayan.
The huge success of Camella
Tuguegarao, Camella’s first development in Cagayan Valley’s regional capital,
made the group realize that there are many more Filipino families searching for
good homes in the country’s north.
Camella, known for creating authentically
themed communities throughout the Philippines, chose to re-create a Spanish
Mediterranean village right in the heart of Region 2.
The eloquent 13-hectare community will
offer a selection of home styles from Camella’s and Crown Asia’s most popular
models - Reanna, Rina, Marga, Margarita, Marvela, Carmela, Drina, Elaisa,
Emerald, and Ruby.
The community will have a basketball court, a playground, a
swimming pool, and open spaces and a Clubhouse among other amenities.
Located in
Barangay Carig along one of the region’s most crucial thoroughfares -
the Cagayan Valley road, Camella Cagayan is accessible from all corners of the
province, and also provides convenient access to key business, commercial,
leisure, transport, and government centers, as well as the landmarks and
adventure spots.
Institutions like St. Clare Monastery
and the St. Peter Metropolitan Cathedral - the seat of the Archdiocese of
Tuguegarao; Cagayan Valley Medical
Center;
the Cagayan State University and the Carig Elementary School are within
minutes away. Almost right outside the community’s gates
are key government offices.
The Brixton Malls, Mall of the Valley,
Paseo Royale Mall, and Citi Mall as well as the Don Domingo Public Market are
also close by.
Camella Cagayan also puts residents
near some of the province’s must-see spots like the seven-chambered Callao
cave, stunning foothills for trekking and peaks for mountaineers, the 300-year
old well at St. James Parish Church, and the Basilica Minore of Our Lady of
Piat, renowned as the pilgrimage center of the Northeast. There are the 15-meter tall exquisite
Portabaga Falls, as well as the immensely awe-inspiring panorama of the three
mountain ranges that border the city.
