MANILA, Philippines – Robinsons Land Corp. has renewed a joint venture agreement with Omico Corp. to push through with the second phase development of The Wellington Courtyard Tagaytay, a low-rise residential building project under the Robinsons Communities brand.
Robinsons Land pushed for further development to keep up with the strong demand after Wellington Courtyard’s Building B was swiftly sold out early this year.
“We were very impressed for the positive turnout of sales of Building B in a very short span of two months. The remarkable sales it generated prompted us to start the second phase much ahead of schedule,” said Francis Robert Ang, AVP for Robinsons Communities.
Located along Mahogany Ave. and Mayor’s Drive, Wellington Courtyard phase two will comprise three five-story buildings that will have a total of 114 units combined. All buildings will have a loft floor at penthouse level and an American country inspired architectural design.
The Wellington Courtyard is designed to create a private and exclusive suburban dwelling. It is accented with different shades of warm hues, terracotta and wood finishes to promote country-style living in a very well-balanced community.
An additional attraction to the development is a sprawling European-inspired multi-purpose courtyard, clubhouse, playground space, adult and kiddie swimming pool and picnic grounds. Similar to the first two buildings of phase one, all units of phase two will have a view of the central park and the courtyard.
Robinsons Land’s joint venture partner Omico Corp. is a publicly-listed Filipino company engaged in mining exploration and property development.
Robinsons Land has two other projects in Tagaytay City namely Summit Ridge Hotel Complex and Bloomfields Tagaytay.
