MANILA,
Philippines - Two property developers from the Axeia Group are seeking
incentives for their mass housing projects in Batangas and Cavite.
The Board of
Investments (BOI) said Axeia Development Corp. “is applying for registration
with the BOI as new developer of low-cost mass housing project (Le Moubreza
Phases I and II) with a total capacity of 646 low-cost mass housing units on a
non-pioneer status.”
Axeia
Development’s project is located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
The firm can
enjoy income tax holidays for four years, as well as other perks
if its application would be approved by the BOI.
The BOI said
Basic Housing Solutions Inc. has likewise filed an application for registration
with the agency.
Basic Housing
is seeking incentives as an expanding developer of a low-cost mass housing
project with a total capacity of 27 units located in Kawit, Cavite, on a
non-pioneer status.
If its
application would be approved, Basic Housing will be exempt from the payment of
income tax for the project for three years.
Axeia
Development and Basic Housing are both under the Axeia Group, which is engaged
in land acquisition, housing subdivision development, housing construction and
marketing of quality and affordable housing units and properties.
The group has
developed private subdivisions spanning across Metro-Manila, Calabarzon
(Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon), Central and Northern Luzon.
