Property
developer Rockwell Land Corp. launched its second townhome development, The
Alvendia in San Juan.
An exclusive
residence composed of 28 units over a 4,000-square meter property, The Alvendia
is located in a residential district in San Juan, near high-end villages of
Greenhills and Wack Wack.
It is also
located near private schools such as Xavier School, Immaculate Conception
Academy, St. Paul and La Salle Greenhills.
Townhome
units in The Alvendia are three-story units with floor sizes of 300 sq. m. and
featuring three bedrooms each.
“We saw a
captured interest for low-rise residences with 205 Santolan by Rockwell, which
enjoyed robust sales after its launch in the second quarter of 2012,” said
Rockwell Land senior vice president for sales and marketing Valerie Soliven.
“We are
optimistic about The Alvendia, and we look forward to offering more quality
low-rise residences to our clients,” Soliven said.
The Alvendia
provides amenities exclusive to its residents, such as a swimming pool and a
multi-purpose area. The development will also be maintained by the Rockwell
Property Management Corp., which also handles the developer’s projects in the
Rockwell Center in Makati, the Grove by Rockwell in Ortigas, and 205 Santolan
by Rockwell in Quezon City.
The Alvendia
is equipped with a CCTV system, closely monitored by expertly-trained security
personnel, and accessible only through an exclusive gated entrance.
The
development will be fitted with 100-percent back-up power in common areas and
facilities.
The Alvendia
by Rockwell is set for turnover in 2014.
