Amaia, Ayala Land Inc.’s economic
housing arm, continues to serve startup families and hardworking Filipinos by
providing quality homes at affordable prices. New and exciting developments are
set in the third and fourth quarters of 2013.
Amaia’s residential developments are
soon to rise in Cavite, Pampanga and Laguna. Following the success of Amaia
Scapes Cavite, the first Amaia project in Cavite launched in late 2011, comes
the second Amaia development in General Trias.
This masterplanned 40-hectare
horizontal development is anchored by a retail strip, a private school and a
place of worship suitable for Cavite residents and employes working in the
Makati central business district or southern Metro Manila.
Commercial centers such as The
District Cavite, other schools and a church
are also within reach from the development.
Situated 45 minutes from Metro Manila,
General Trias, Cavite is not only historically rich, but also boasts of
adequate infrastructure and relatively fresh natural setting that makes the
location an ideal refuge.
On the Northern Front, Amaia’s future
residential community in Pampanga covers 19.3 hectares of land and is conveniently
located five minutes away from Marquee Mall in Mexico, Pampanga.
In the western portion of Laguna is set to build the
19.12-hectare Amaia community in Cabuyao, a first class city in Laguna. This
will be the site of Amaia’s second
project in Laguna, after the highly successful maiden project Amaia Scapes
Laguna.
A forthcoming development is Amaia’s
debut in NUVALI, touted as the first affordable mid-rise residential
development in the eco-city.
Situated in the heart of NUVALI, Ayala
Land Inc.’s eco-friendly, self-sustainable mixed-use development south of
Makati, Amaia Steps NUVALI in Calamba,
Laguna.
“Amaia sees and seizes the vast
opportunities of building quality yet budget-friendly residential projects in
the thriving areas of Laguna , Pampanga
and Cavite,” said Rodney Reyes, project development head for North/South Luzon.
“All of these efforts are part of Amaia’s continuing expansion plans.”
Amaia’s first mid-rise development in
the Metro Manila central district called Amaia Steps and launched in January
2013 will soon offer bigger units suitable for Filipino families who aim to
dream bigger in its new phase.
