MANILA, Philippines - The upscale
residential brand of property giant Ayala Land Inc. is positioning its latest
“trophy” project in the Nuvali township development as an avenue to bind
families together for a long time.
“We are about generations, things that
gain more value as time moves on. We are for keeps,” Jose Juan Z. Jugo, head of
high-end residential brand Ayala Land Premier (ALP), said in an interview.
One of ALP’s newest offerings include
Luscara, a 50-hectare residential project in the eco-inspired Nuvali township
development in Laguna.
“Luscara is designed with families in
mind. The unique courtyard concept is designed to keep families together,” Jugo
said.
“We believe this is the place where
families can create their legacies,” added ALP project development head May
Platero-Rodriguez.
Weaving into Nuvali’s lush expanse,
Luscara embraces the natural gardens in its setting, giving its future
residents a refreshing community where every generation will flourish.

“Thoughtfully carved into 36 pocket
neighborhoods, each living enclave will offer a sense of place and space for
its residents,” ALP said.
Every home will be provided with their
own garden courtyards, which can serve as personal recreation areas ideal for
family cookouts, gardening, or simply a private haven where they can sit and
relax with their loved ones.
“It is the fifth trophy address in
Nuvali,” Jugo said. ALP’s previous residential projects in the 1,860-hectare
Nuvali development are Abrio, Montecito, Santierra and Elaro.
Luscara differentiates itself from
other projects through the cluster concept, which is composed of eight to 10
lots that allows families to enjoy privacy and exclusivity.
Since launching Luscara early this
year, ALP has sold 90 percent of all available lots at an average of P17,000
per sqm. Each lot is composed of 600-2,000 square meters.
“We encourage families to buy from the
same cluster,” Platero-Rodriguez said.
Amenities in Luscara include a social
hall, a multi-purpose court, a fitness gym, and a swimming pool, encouraging
community engagement with others.
Luscara is conveniently located near
the urban activities of Nuvali. It is easily accessible via the South Luzon
Expressway and is also near schools, leisure centers, and other establishments
in the burgeoning Nuvali township development.
