The United BF Homeowners Association Inc. (UBFHAI) yesterday assured the public that it is not implementing any policy that prevents motorists from entering BF Homes Parañaque on their way to Las Piñas.
“There is no such order. We don’t block them,” UBFHAI vice president Rolando Navarro, a retired police colonel, told The STAR in an interview.
He called on motorists to file complaints at the UBFHAI office if they do experience this kind of harassment.
Navarro said that though a sticker policy for vehicles entering and exiting BF Homes is in effect, there are also open hours for those that are just passing through.
He said non-sticker owners are allowed entry from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and even if a vehicle exits the subdivision after 3 p.m., it will not be barred from exiting in Las Piñas or even in Muntinlupa.
As the biggest residential village in the country, BF Homes stretches from and connects the three cities of Parañaque, Las Piñas, and Muntinlupa.
