CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Prime movers of first class urban community Royal Residences recently launched the "Imperial".

Grayline Realty Development Corporation and JC Rodriguez Holdings, which houses Citta Del Sole in Bulaon of this city, launched the "Imperial," another development seen to capture the good taste of high end yet quite living.

The Imperial is the second phase of the world-class residential project, taking some 69 hectares or about 400 lots, from the Royal Residences' entire chunk of 104 hectares of stylish urban sheltering.

Unlike its phase 1 counterpart---Italian-Mediterranean Citta Del Sole -- the Imperial takes on a trendy Modern Asia concept and look that is in-demand today with most would-be shelter owners.

Royal Residences honcho Ramon Lugtu was all too proud of the Imperial when he told Sun.Star Pampanga: "The whole development plan is being done by world class urban planners Palafox group. The Imperial as a self-contained luxury community has all the amenities like a multi-purpose clubhouse, playgrounds and parks, jogging paths and a chapel that will soon be built. All of these are sprawled on two hectares of luscious greenery and flood free areas that this place is. Security is provided 24/7 so that families here will get all the convenience and hassle-free living their desire."

He added that the developers would soon build 20-meter service roads along its perimeter that traverses the North Luzon Expressway on its border.

"On that side will be paved access roads and commercial establishments like a Petron Gas Station, even a joint-venture school the likes of Bel-Air, will rise. Really, the future residents of the Imperial and Royal Residences would not have to go far," he said.

Raul Ortile, Royal Residences' marketing man said that lots at the Imperial have been so far 20 percent sold.

"For those who would want to be here at the Imperial and Royal Residences, we have very god options like in-house and bank financing. The designs are in-house but buyers can be assured of the finest in quality," he Ortile quipped.

Marketing Assistant Arianne David corroborated Ortile's statements and said that the price of lots at Royal Residences and the Imperial are reasonable and affordable.

"Our market comes mostly from Overseas Filipino Workers in Dubai, Italy and the Middle East who have no qualms about the prices here that range from P3,200 per square meter in Phase 2 lots of 120 square meter cuts, to P3,700 per square meter in Phase 1 lots of 150 square meter sizes. Of course, all these come with perks of good urban living only at Royal Residences and the Imperial," she said.

And Royal Residences and Imperial endorser, TV actress Cherry Pie Picache, put it all in simple terms: "I endorse only products I trust and I believe in like the Royal Residences and the Imperial whose developers and designers like Palafox are very credible. Besides, the place is very nice at hindi binabaha. In fact, I will get one for myself," she said.
