MANILA, Philippines - Suntrust Properties Inc. (SPI), a subsidiary of property giant Megaworld Corporation, is taking advantage of the real estate industry’s bullish outlook for the year by fast-tracking the 10,000-square meter condominium development called Suntrust Parkview in Manila, the country’s seat of power and center of trade.
The Suntrust Parkview development, just within reach of the Manila Cityhall and SM City Manila, is a joint project between SPI and business partner the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), with the thrust of putting up a modern infrastructure to replace dilapidated buildings and help change Manila’s skyscape forever.
Seven towers, complete with first class amenities, are included in the site. These are the Dahlia (20 floors), Acacia (30 floors), Molave (15 floors), Lily (20 floors), Eugenia (20 floors), Narra (15 floors), and the new Boy Scouts’ Building, which is almost ready for turn-over.
Less than two years since it was launched in June 2009, the project has significant milestones in terms of building construction and sales patronage. Just 10 months from the ground breaking event of the BSP Tower in October 2009, the structure was already topped off in July 2010 and will be completed ahead of schedule.
The Eugenia Tower, launched in September 2010, is now ninety-five percent sold. More than half of the total number of units in the Lily Tower has been reserved since its recent launching in March 2011, while the Narra and Molave will soon be opened for pre-selling.
“The progressive stance of Manila gives ManileƱos a chance to live in a vibrant community that keeps up with the demands of a progressive future. The Suntrust Parkview is our way of helping regain the old glory of the city through its comprehensive re-development plan,” SPI resident Harrison M. Paltongan said.
There will be an executive studio, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom units, that will provide all the comforts of a typical home coupled with modern amenities. Residents enjoy a well-planned layout that comes complete with provisions for internet-ready telephone and cable TV lines and an automatic fire sprinkler.
All these quality features befitting a modern and urban condominium residence are within home buyers’ reach thru affordable and flexible payment schemes. SPI is offering a “first home, investment later” opportunity through its unbeatable location advantages.
“A parent who decides to secure a Parkview unit for his child studying in a nearby university, may later opt to have it leased when his child has finished schooling and has decided to move out of the unit,” Paltongan said.
