Heritage Park owner Rosehills Memorial Management Philippines Inc. (RMMP) acquired century-old Nacional Memorial Homes and designated a single management team to streamline the mortuary operations of both entities, which will remain separate brands.
The new management team for both Nacional and Heritage Park Mortuary are Antonio Quiogue Jr., director of mortuary operations and Hazel Villamayor, senior manager based at Heritage.
RMMP CEO Jack Kidwiler said the group aims to give impetus to the local mortuary sector by broadening access to high-quality mortuary services, offering a new range of upper-end to affordable service packages and capitalizing on strategic locations.
Quiogue is a respected industry figure whose family built Nacional into a national institution which in the past 100 years has provided services for eight Philippine presidents and the country’s leading families. Villamayor brings considerable professional experience in preparing memorial services that celebrate life, in lieu of the traditional focus on mourning.
Heritage Park, along C-5 in Taguig City with its aesthetic, open spaces, and modern facilities, has two operations: the mortuary, as well as memorial lot sales and maintenance. Nacional is on Araneta Ave. inQuezon City, an area of memorial homes.

She said that Heritage Mortuary can provide its services even if the interment is not at Heritage Park, “And with the management merger, we can take better advantage of our service capabilities and offer more choices, whether at the Araneta or Taguig facilities, or wherever a family may wish the services to be provided by us.”
