LISTED Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. yesterday said it is ramping up investments in its 60-hectare project, the Presidio, in Sucat, Parañaque, to P10 billion.
Vista Residences chief operating officer Maribeth C. Tolentino said their vertical housing unit is planning to put up five more mid-rise residential condominium clusters in the 7-hectare Presidio.
Tolentino said the additional cluster buildings will range from 5- to 15-stories high, with about 400 units and a total cost of P2 billion for all five buildings. The Lakefront features an array of San Francisco-inspired residential enclaves that offer leisure and lifestyle choices.
"Lakefront is strategically located in Sucat, which is seen as a natural extension to Makati and Bonifacio Global City," said Vista Land.
Sucat is envisioned to be the next central business district due to its easy access to the airport, South Luzon Expressway and the Philippine National Railway as well as schools, malls, and offices in nearby Makati, Bonifacio, Ortigas and Alabang.
Tolentino said the Presidio will consist of 12 mid-rise cluster buildings offering a total of 1,200 residential units. Seven cluster buildings with a total of 795 units have already been completed.
The Presidio has residential and mixed-use structures comprising studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed for single professionals and young families working in the nearby business districts. Multiple units can be purchased to create more spacious custom residences.
Prices range from P1.9 million to P3.7 million for studio units (some with garden), P2.5 million to P5.4 million for one-bedroom flats (some with garden or loft), and P3.7 million to P6.3 million for two-bedroom units (some with garden).
Amenities include a two-level clubhouse, three swimming pools, a fitness and wellness center, and landscaped gardens.
Gated and fenced separately from other Lakefront residential enclaves, the exclusivity and privacy of Presidio is also enhanced by being set a distance from the taller residential buildings.
Within the sprawling condominium setting of the Presidio is the commercial component consisting of shops, wellness and health outlets, restaurants and cafes, as well as signature boutiques along Lakefront Avenue, the company said.
Aside from the commercial area Lakefront Boardwalk, the master planned community is home to the Wharf, which also has a café, restaurants, bars, a Finds convenience store, health and wellness outlets and other shops.
Puregold supermarket, which will service the needs of the residents of the Lakefront City, as well as its neighboring communities, is also set to open.
