AYALA Land Inc. has added Tagaytay to its area of development as unit Alveo Corp. unveiled a leisure-related development in the famous vacation spot.
Jennylle S. Tupaz, Alveo project development group head, said Alveo holds the distinction of being the first in the Ayala Land group to enter the Tagaytay area, tapping into its tourism potential.
Alveo’s 3.8-hectare Kasa Luntian is designed to be a mixed-use development with a low-population-density footprint marketed for individuals and families looking for a second home or a vacation place.
Kasa Luntian would have a six-building mid-rise residential development and a small retail component.
The development would cover just 20 percent of the total land area to preserve the "inherent" charm of Tagaytay, said Tupaz.
She said Kasa Luntian will also reserve approximately a 0.8 hectare area for a quaint retail strip dedicated to rare establishments.
