PHINMA PROPERTIES is marketing its 1.3-hectare community development project in Parañaque City as a value-for-money alternative to prospective condominium owners.
In a statement, Phinma President and Chief Executive Willie J. Uy said the prices of 30-square meter units at its Fountain Breeze project range from P1.095-P1.2 million.
Units offered by competitors are priced almost the same, but comes only with a small 20-square meter space, he pointed out.
Grant Orbeta, assistant vice-president for marketing and design of Phinma Properties, said the company is the price leader in condominium development. The extra space gives buyers an extra bedroom at practically no extra cost.
Phinma is targeting start-up families and young professionals for the condominium project.
