The Regus Group, the world’s largest provider of outsourced workplace solutions, is investing about P30 million to build its third facility located at the Global City in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig.
Country manager for Regus in Southeast Asia William Willems told reporters in a press briefing yesterday that with the increasing demand for office spaces for lease in business areas like in Makati City and Ortigas, the company has decided to expand its operations to meet its growing market.
Willems said most of the companies using its facilities belong to foreign-owned corporations or about 90 percent of their clients.
The rest are local companies, individuals and even those visiting foreign businessmen who require office facility that would readily deliver their needs.
Prior to the completion of its third facility, the company had existing operations in Philamlife Tower and The Enterprise Center. The three buildings were enjoying income tax holidays approved by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. Total investments for the entire projects are valued at $2.5 million.
