Robinsons Land Corp., one of the largest and premier real estate players in the country, has acquired a 46,000-square meter property along Gen. Maxilom Ave. and Osmeña Blvd. of the North Reclamation Area in Cebu City.
In a statement, the company said the area is located on the eastern edge of the city, across from Mactan Island facing Cebu harbor.
Together with its high-end architects and designers, RLC is currently planning to build a mixed-use development in the area that will complement the location’s commercial and business value where ports and other commercial edifice are already established. This highly strategic location is near Cebu Port Center, City Health Department of Cebu and Blessed Sacrament Church.
RLC is also currently building two real estate projects in Cebu, namely Robinsons Cybergate Cebu and AmiSa. Robinsons Cybergate Cebu is a premiere BPO office building integrated in a shopping mall. Located along Don Gil Garcia St. in Cebu City, the seven-level Robinsons Cybergate Cebu will open in 2009 as a mixed-use development boasting of integrated leisure and food components, office amenities and BPO facilities.
AmiSa, a resort community comprised of a hotel and a six residential condominium, is located at the Punta Engano residential zone in Mactan, Cebu. It only takes a 15-minute drive from the Mactan airport or a 30-minute drive from the Cebu City proper to get to AmiSa. With a 172-meter wide beachfront and a beautiful Gold Coast Australian architecture, this premiere residential property is another RLC landmark development in Cebu.
