MANILA, Philippines - Interport Resources Corp., a publicly listed corporation, has secured permits to develop its two real estate projects in Binangonan, Rizal.
A first in Binangonan, the Trocadero Residences, a mid-rise residential condominium development will be built amidst the fairway lots of the Eastridge Golf Village and the Thunderbird Resort & Casino to cater to middle income families.
The other project, Sunshine Fiesta Subdivision, is a 31-hectare subdivision project envisioned to be a township development in the Binangonan/Cardona area primarily for Pag-IBIG members.
