Amaia Steps Capitol Central comes with

MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Inc.
(ALI) launched last Saturday the first residential component of Capitol
Central, its flagship development in Bacolod.
Through its economic housing arm Amaia
Land, ALI said the project – Amaia Steps
Capitol Central – will consist of mid-rise buildings with nine floors and 288
residential units for its North Building. The project is located along San Juan
St., Brgy. 8, Bacolod City in Negros Occidental.
Capitol Central is ALI’s first
master-planned, mixed-use community in the area. Envisioned to be the growth
