MANILA, Philippines - Vista Land &
Lifescapes launches Vista Hub, its flagship office development located in
upscale Bonifacio Global City.
To rise on a 2,650 square meter
property situated along 21st drive, East Forbes, BGC , the 15-storey office
development has a total of nine office floors for IT and BPO use with dining
options made available on the first two floors. Parking will be on four podium
levels and one basement.
With a gross floor area over 20,000
square meters, the P1.5-billion tower plans to capture entrants in the IT and
BPO industry as well as the expansion, consolidation, and relocation
requirements of existing companies from Makati and other business districts.
Vista Hub in BGC is designed for 24/7
operations with 100% back-up power and reliable support facilities that include
high-speed elevators, high-speed fiber-optic telecommunications backbone and
secure building monitoring system.
Vista Land has partnered with Colliers
International to become Vista Hub’s official marketing arm.
Vista Land president Manuel Paolo A.
Villar said: “We have tapped Colliers for the project due to their expertise in
offering integrated and creative business solutions to its clients.” Vista
Land’s partnership with Colliers first started with the group’s initial venture
to BPO office development via Worldwide Corporate Center (WCC) in Shaw
Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
“In the future we will build more IT
BPO developments,” said Vista Land Chairman, Manuel B. Villar, adding that
Vista Land is yet to develop another BPO hub, also called as Vista Hub on a
10-hectare lot in Vista City located along Vista Avenue, Daang Hari.
Vista Hub in BGC is set to start
excavation and construction in November this year and completion is expected by
second quarter of 2016.
