The soon-to-rise 42-story The Exchange Regency condominium in Ortigas Center is poised to become the newest architectural landmark in Pasig City. Nobleland Ventures, Inc. is investing P2 billion in the development of the premier residential tower. The Exchange Regency condominium, which is set to rise on a three-corner property at the convergence point of Exchange Road, Meralco Avenue and Jade Drive in Ortigas Center, will feature a structure shaped like an infinity symbol. According to Nobleland Ventures General Manager Jonas O. Senia, The Exchange Regency is Nobleland Ventures’ second premier project.
"The 42-story tower is indeed a marvel in design and innovation because of its extraordinary structure. Once completed, residents can enjoy expansive views of the surrounding areas from the building because of the unique infinity design," he said. The architectural design of The Exchange Regency departs from the traditional block-type structures commonly seen in most condo developments. Nobleland invested heavily in partnering with three of the country’s top architectural and design firms for the project. ASYA Design Partner was tapped for the architectural design, while Lor Calma Design, Inc. and Asuncion-Berenguer, Inc. were chosen to execute the interior design of the model units. Aside from The Exchange Regency, Nobleland Ventures also plans to build other premier real estate projects in the future. Among those scheduled to be developed are vertical and horizontal residential projects in the metro and in emerging cities outside Metro Manila.
