Anchor Land Holdings Inc. unit Posh Properties Development Corp. completed structural works for its SoleMare Parksuites, thus becoming the first fully-operational residential condominium in the Bay City.
SoleMare Parksuites, located at the Aseana Business Park and between the SM Mall of Asia and the planned Pagcor Entertainment City in Parañaque City, consists of two 18-story structures offering a view of Manila Bay and its famous sunset. The project is scheduled for turnover by June 2011.
Sales of SoleMare units have been attracting the interest of mostly Filipinos based overseas while Anchor Land had extended sales efforts beyond the Macapagal Boulevard area and into the suburbs where the project has proven to be popular.
Anchor Land vice chairman Steve Li said construction works for SoleMare remain ahead of schedule and is expected to easily meet its scheduled turnover to buyers. He added that the strong sales of SoleMare units reflect a recent assessment of the project from real estate service adviser CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).
In the assessment, CBRE said the property sector will continue to benefit from an offshoring upsurge among international firms and sustained demand from the domestic market.
It also said in published reports that Anchor Land is among the few highly competitive developers expected to continue doing well in 2010 due to their capability to compete across all property segments with continuous production of cutting-edge projects.
