Encouraged by the rising demand, Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. will be putting up its second Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) office-building at the Eton Centris in fourth quarter of this year. At the same time, they will also putt up a residential tower and a townhouse project in Quezon City.
Eton President Danilo Ignacio yesterday noted that all available office space in its first office-building Eton Centris and Eton Cyberpod Corinthian have already been leased out.
The 12-story building, targeted for completion in the last quarter of 2011, will have a gross floor area of 18,000 square meters.
Eton Centris is located in Quezon City while Eton Cyberpod Corinthian is in Ortigas, Pasig.
Ignacio said that the first BPO office-building’s tenants have also expressed interest to expand to the new building, while most BPO companies are now on an expansion mode.
Ignacio added that office rates have increased by 30 percent from last year.
Eton is also planning to put up the first of three residential condominium towers at Eton Centris during the fourth quarter of this year.
Ignacio said that the tower will be 30-40 storeys high.
Meanwhile, Eton also launched The Arcade, a 3-storey townhouse project at Roces Ave. in Quezon City.
