Upscale
developer Landco Pacific Corp. posted a 15.3-percent growth in its sales
performance during the first quarter of this year, significantly higher
compared to the same period last year.
From January
to March 2013, total sales amounted to P805 million while total sales for the
same period in 2012 was at P698 million.
Sales
generated came from leisure communities (P331 million), luxury home communities
(P269 million) and resort-inspired condominiums (P205 million). Landco’s top
selling project for the first quarter is Tribeca Private Residences, with sales
of P205 million. Tribeca Private Residences is a resort-inspired residential
condominium development in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

sales performance shows the market’s confidence in the quality and value of our

today,” said Alfred Xerez-Burgos 3rd, president and chief executive officer of
Landco Pacific.
Xerez-Burgos
is confident that based on the company’s first-quarter performance, Landco will
meet their year-end sales targets. Landco is currently completing various
projects at a brisk pace. The construction of Tribeca Private Residences’ fifth
tower is now in full swing, located in the Hudson Place cluster in Tribeca
Private Residences. Designed to provide residents a resort lifestyle in the
midst of the city, Tribeca features high-end leisure amenities that include the
1,800-square meter Aqua Park and the 3-hectare Central Park. Within the Central
Park is a world-class football field, which is the home and playing field of
the Chelsea FC Soccer School operated by the Younghusband Football Academy.
