Property
developer Megaworld Corp. said Tuesday it expects to generate P14 billion in
sales from three high-end condominium projects in Makati City.
Megaworld
head of sales and marketing for Makati CBD Eugene Em Lozano said in a news
briefing the company had sold out One Central and Two Central while Three
Central was 85-percent sold.
One Central,
which will generate P6.5 billion in sales, is slated for turnover to buyers in
July, while Two Central is scheduled for completion by 2014.
Three
Central, which was launched late last year, is ready for turnover by 2016.
The three
projects will rise at the corner of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue Extension and Ayala
Avenue in Salcedo Village, Makati. The site was formerly occupied by the Shell
Maya gasoline station.
Megaworld
tapped international design company Gettys to design the lobby of One Central
condominium tower.
“Gettys has a
track record for providing only the best lifestyle experience for its clients.
We want to extend that kind of service to our unit owners, especially here in Makati
CBD. This is part of our promise to them that we will be partnering with the
best in the industry,” Lozano said.
Gettys has
worked with the world-renowned hospitality brands, including The Peninsula Hong
Kong, Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, The Ritz-Carlton in Miami, Four Seasons in
Chicago, Westin Golf & Spa Resort in Abu Dhabi, Hard Rock in Macau and
Sheraton D-Cube City in Seoul.
Gettys
previously teamed up with Megaworld’s sister company, Travellers International
Hotels Group Inc., for the design of the casino, retail, food and beverage
outlets, as well as the villas of Maxims Hotel in Resorts World Manila.
