FIESTA Communities was formed late last year to develop idle properties into socialized and low-cost housing projects.

It is an affiliate of multi-awarded Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC), recognized in the industry as the prime provider of affordable quality units in Central Luzon.

The mission of Fiesta Communities is to provide housing units to low-income families.

Fiesta Communities, in cooperation with Santos Ventura Hocorma Foundation Inc., (SVHFI) and the local government, recently launched the Handog Pabahay Program for the benefit of the Mabalacat Government Employees Association (Magea) members.

The program has been conceptualized to provide housing assistance to workers of the local government.

After months of preparation, the program is now ready to take off and realize its vision of providing shelters to low-income families.

"This is also the thrust of the foundation," said SVHFI president Domingo Victorino Mapa during the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) at Max's Dau in Mabalacat.

Fiesta Communities, headed by Willie Tan, has established several residential communities in the region.

Magea president Rodrigo de Leon thanked the sponsors of the project. "Dreams can come true, after all," he said.
