Robinsons bares new condo tower in Ortigas

Robinsons Land Corp., the property unit of the Gokongwei group, expects to generate as much as P3 billion in sales from a newly-launched residential tower in Ortigas Center.

Robinsons Land on Tuesday launched Allegro, the third tower in Sonata Place, one-hectare development in the former Medical City property along San Miguel Avenue and Lourdes Street in Ortigas Center. It is a 42-story upscale condominium tower offering a mixed of residential tower, serviced apartments and retail space.

Robinsons Land general manager Henry Yap said the project would offer 120 serviced apartments located between the 4th and the 12th floors of the tower and 402 residential units.

The company is selling one-bedroom units with size ranging from 42 to 64 square meters for P5.1 million to P8.1 million each, two-bedroom units from 114 to 119 square meters for P14.1 million to P15.4 million each and three-bedroom units from 149 to 169 square meters for P18.5 million to P21.5 million.

The whole ground floor of the tower has been reserved for retail development that will cater to the needs of the unit buyers while the whole third floor will house the amenities that include swimming pool, media and game room, massage room and multi-function rooms.

Construction will start next year while turnover is set on 2016.

Yap said the company sold 15 units during the soft launching. The company set the grand launching next month.
