SMDC launches Mezza II project

SM Development Corp. (SMDC) yesterday said it is set to launch Mezza II Residences, its latest residential condominium project.

Mezza II is a 40-story, single-tower development that will stand on 2,592 square meters of land right beside the first Mezza project in Sta. Mesa, Quezon City.

The P2 billion Mezza II will have an estimated gross floor area of 59,500 sq.m. and will offer 1,324 units for sale. Construction is set to commence in October, with completion seen in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Our latest residential condominium project follows the proven business model that SMDC has effectively designed and implemented over the years. We have made sure that, just like in all other SMDC projects, Mezza II will offer units and amenities that are of high quality, secure, and reliable," said Sandro Javier, Mezza II project director.

Mezza II Residences offers studio, one-bedroom, L-type one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

Except for the studio-type units, all units are available either with or without a balcony.

Units are estimated to range between P1.2 million and P2 million, with unit sizes ranging between 15.65 sq.m. and 59.33 sq.m., more or less.
