MANILA, Philippines - Two new
buildings will be added to the roster of developments at Eton Centris, a 12-hectare
progressive township project by Eton Properties Philippines Inc. (EPPI) of the
Lucio Tan group of companies. Eton Centris is located at the corner of EDSA and
Quezon Ave., and recognized as the gateway to the new Quezon City Triangle Park
Central Business District.
Dubbed Centris Cyberpod Exchange, the
new BPO towers will be a combination of office, commercial and retail
developments geared towards the projected increase in the demand for leasable
spaces in the area. The project is ideal for business process outsourcing
tenants who wish to establish their presence in the emerging business district.
The two BPO buildings located at Eton
Centris - One and Two Cyberpod Centris, are now fully-leased to some of the
country’s top corporations and BPO firms. Building One houses Genpact,
Integrim, Standard Chartered Bank Philippines Inc., Price Solutions Philippines
Inc., Pascual Laboratories Inc., WiPro and Unisys. Hewlett Packard on the other
hand, will occupy the entire Two Cyberpod Centris. For inquiries, contact the
EPPI leasing department at (02) 7109463.
Eton Centris is strategically located
near major thoroughfares and several transportation options. Commuting
employees will find the location ideal with the presence of the MRT, taxis,
buses, shuttle services and jeepneys.
Aside from the BPO hubs, the Eton
Centris master plan also includes Centris Walk, Elements at Centris, Centris
Station and One Centris Place, a residential condominium that will be built a
few steps away from the prime destinations of Quezon City.
