Two new buildings will be added to the
roster of developments at Eton Centris, a 12-hectare township project of Eton
Properties Philippines Inc. of the Lucio Tan group of companies.
Eton Centris is conveniently located
at the corner of Edsa and Quezon Avenue, and recognized as the gateway to the
new Quezon City Triangle Park Central Business District.
Dubbed as CentrisCyberpod Exchange,
the new BPO office will be a combination of office, commercial and retail
developments geared toward the projected increase in the demand for leasable
spaces in the area. The project is ideal for business process outsourcing
tenants who wish to establish their presence in the emerging Business District.
The two BPO buildings located at Eton
Centris—One and Two CyberpodCentris—are now fully leased to some of the
country’s top corporations and BPO companies. Building One houses Genpact,
Integrim, Standard Chartered Bank Philippines Inc., Price Solutions Philippines
Inc., Pascual Laboratories Inc., WiPro and Unisys.
Hewlett Packard will occupy the entire
Two CyberpodCentris.
Eton Centris is strategically located
near major thoroughfares and several transportation options. Commuting
employees will find the location ideal with the presence of the MRT, taxis,
buses, shuttle services and jeepneys.
The Eton Centris master plan also
includes Centris Walk, Elements at Centris, Centris Station and One Centris
Place, a residential condominium that will be built a few steps away from the
prime destinations of Quezon City.
The Elements at Centris is a modern
events venue suitable for weddings, birthdays and other cherished family
affairs and corporate events. Elements added two smaller function rooms for
more intimate gatherings.
Meanwhile, Centris Station is a
